Your Technician, Ray, came to my home today to do a routine furnace cleaning and inspection. He did a great job and took the time to explain about the faulty solenoid valve which was on my humidifier and ordered a replacement for me. In addition, he connected the new Honeywell humidistat that came with my Humidifier a few years ago and which a previous technician didn’t bother to install since my old one seemed to be working fine. He also explained about the emissions tests he did which my furnace easily passed. I now have peace of mind that my furnace is working properly. Thank you, Ray!
